Law of Succession

Our Alliance is also at service of our clients in legal matters related to law of succession, where we provide complex and fast legal assistance not only in the preparation of wills and representation in probate procedures, but also in the management of real estate and company property related to the heritage.

 Within the framework of the preparation of wills, we provide assistance in the preparation of the inventory of the heritage, provide information on the legal provisions concerning the division of the probate, advise solutions to the division of the probate and prepare the final documentation. If required by our clients, we also submit the signed will to the registers of the Bar Association and Chamber of Notaries as well.

 We also undertake to represent our clients in probate procedures, during which we represent the protection of the interests of our clients in both notarial and possible court procedures.

 Following the grant of probate – due to the profile of our Alliance – we can provide useful practical assistance in resolving legal problems related to the company or real estate acquired by the heirs.
