Viktor primarily advises business entities on complex corporate matters, litigation, corporate transactions, and compliance issues. His areas of expertise include corporate law, contractual relationships, general legal advisory related to corporate operations, as well as GDPR and compliance counseling.

He has extensive experience in providing ongoing legal support to both Hungarian and international companies, advising executive officers, handling share acquisition transactions, and coordinating legal and compliance due diligence processes.

Viktor graduated from the Faculty of Law of Eötvös Loránd University in 2008. He gained international professional experience through academic studies and legal practice in Denmark and Spain. In 2007, he participated in English-language European studies in Denmark as a scholarship student, followed by legal practice at a Spanish law firm through the Leonardo scholarship program.

He joined Dr. Bényi E. László Law Office in 2008 as a trainee lawyer and has been a partner at Bényi and Partners Law Firm since 2012.
