Márton primarily advises foreign-owned business entities on complex corporate and commercial matters, litigation, and cross-border legal issues. His areas of expertise include corporate law, dispute resolution, European Union law, aviation law, as well as damages claims and probate matters.

 

He has substantial experience in providing ongoing legal support to international companies and regularly represents clients in litigation involving European Union law aspects. In this context, he has also developed significant expertise in the field of aviation law.

 

Márton obtained his law degree from Pázmány Péter Catholic University in 2015, following his graduation in International Studies from Corvinus University of Budapest in 2012. During his academic years, he gained broad professional experience not only in traditional legal practice, but also in the banking sector and through diplomatic assignments in Berlin.

 

Following graduation, he joined the Alliance as a trainee lawyer and, after passing the Hungarian bar examination, became an attorney-at-law and member of the Alliance in 2020.
